TERMS & CONDITIONS

Treehotel reserves the right to change times, prices, payment terms, booking, or discount conditions at its discretion. Prices for upcoming seasons are preliminary and subject to change. Please note that other terms and conditions apply to group and conference reservations. For more details, please contact Treehotel.

All prices listed are per person unless otherwise specified. If booking activities on arrival or departure days, please allow time for transfers to/from the airport or train/bus station. For the best experience, we recommend booking transfers and activities directly through Treehotel. For dining preferences, please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 7 days before arrival.

Payment

Treehotel normally takes full payment in advance for the booking of hotel rooms. We can make agreements with travel agent on other conditions. Payment by invoice, and the payment must be done latest 30 days before arrival date.

Cancellation conditions


Cancellations within 63 days (9 weeks) before arrival – 25%

Cancellations within 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival – 75%

Cancellations within 28 days (4 weeks) before arrival – 100%

No-shows will result in 100% cancellation fee


* Cancellations must be made by buyer via email to Treehotel.

Cancellation conditions for activities


Policy 1

Activity cancellation 14 days before arrical will be charged for 50% of the amount.
Cancellations 7 days before will be charged for 100% of the amount.

Policy 2

Cancellation 31 days before will be charged for 25% of the amount. 14 days before charged 100%


Policy 3

Booking fee 25% of total amount upon booking, non refundable. Remaining 75% due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days before the activity are charged for the full amount.

Private activities


We’re happy to offer the possibility of making activities exclusive for your group for an additional fee.

* Please note that some activities may have specific restrictions, such as a minimum number of participants,
in order to be made private.

Force majeure

Force majeure means unusual, unpredictable and unavoidable events that are outside of the organizers (Treehotel) control, and that prevents the contract to be fulfilled. Circumstances that the organizer could not, within reasonable means, have foreseen and therefore could not have avoided or overcome. Including, but not restricted to, war, threat of war, riot, civilian insubordination or strike, authority measure, act of terrorism, nature- or industrial catastrophe, fire, severe weather conditions, flood, closed airports, technical issues, maintenance issues or unforeseen changes made by airlines, such as time table changes, interruption in IT-infrastructure (including but not restricted to our web site). During these conditions the organizer is free from liability or other consequences.
