BIOSPHERE
Biosphere amplifies Treehotel’s focus on sustainability and natural tourism, helping facilitate the conservation of the local bird population. With a facade containing over 340 birdhouses, Treehotel aims to decrease the downward spiral of the bird population in the Swedish woods and instead strengthen the biosphere and natural habitat.

The 7th Room is our largest treehouse offering two bedrooms and a lounge area. With a transparent floor providing a view 10 meters below and a transparent railing revealing the vast Lule River Valley, it's an awe-inspiring yet safe experience. GUESTHOUSE
A warm welcome awaits when you stay at The Guesthouse. Here, you can feel at home as we take you back to a homely environment from the 30s to 50s, whilst preserving our heritage in each of our unique rooms. The Guesthouse has six rooms with capacity for 12 beds and each room has an internet connection. For those rooms without their own shower and toilet, facilities are available nearby in the hallway and relax room.

Staying at Treehotel
If a single treeroom isn’t available for a longer stay, we’re happy to assist in combining multiple rooms, ensuring a seamless transition and allowing your client to enjoy the full Treehotel experience during their visit.
24/7 Phone service is available for our in-house guests.
Infants (0-2 years) stay free of charge in double bed or cot where applicable. Note that Biosphere does not offer this possibility.
All activities begin at our Guesthouse (pick-up location) unless otherwise agreed.
Luggage
From the check-in desk, it is a 500-meter walk through the forest to reach your room. We assist with luggage delivery, a service included for all our guests.
For guests staying in The UFO and Bird’s Nest, which are accessed via climbing a ladder, large luggage is stored in a designated luggage room at check-in. Backpacks are available for guests to borrow if needed.
For The Cabin, we recommend bringing hand luggage only, as larger suitcases are difficult to carry down the stairs. For guests with multiple bags, especially those staying one night, we suggest storing extra luggage in our luggage room.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Treehotel reserves the right to change times, prices, payment terms, booking, or discount conditions at its discretion. Prices for upcoming seasons are preliminary and subject to change. Please note that other terms and conditions apply to group and conference reservations. For more details, please contact Treehotel.
All prices listed are per person unless otherwise specified. If booking activities on arrival or departure days, please allow time for transfers to/from the airport or train/bus station. For the best experience, we recommend booking transfers and activities directly through Treehotel. For dining preferences, please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 7 days before arrival.
Payment
Treehotel normally takes full payment in advance for the booking of hotel rooms. We can make agreements with travel agent on other conditions. Payment by invoice, and the payment must be done latest 30 days before arrival date.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations within 63 days (9 weeks) before arrival – 25%
Cancellations within 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival – 75%
Cancellations within 28 days (4 weeks) before arrival – 100%
No-shows will result in 100% cancellation fee

Cancellation conditions for activities
Policy 1
Activity cancellation 14 days before arrical will be charged for 50% of the amount.
Cancellations 7 days before will be charged for 100% of the amount.
Policy 2
Cancellation 31 days before will be charged for 25% of the amount. 14 days before charged 100%
Policy 3
Booking fee 25% of total amount upon booking, non refundable. Remaining 75% due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days before the activity are charged for the full amount.
Private activities
We’re happy to offer the possibility of making activities exclusive for your group for an additional fee.
* Please note that some activities may have specific restrictions, such as a minimum number of participants,
in order to be made private.
Force majeure
Force majeure means unusual, unpredictable and unavoidable events that are outside of the organizers (Treehotel) control, and that prevents the contract to be fulfilled. Circumstances that the organizer could not, within reasonable means, have foreseen and therefore could not have avoided or overcome. Including, but not restricted to, war, threat of war, riot, civilian insubordination or strike, authority measure, act of terrorism, nature- or industrial catastrophe, fire, severe weather conditions, flood, closed airports, technical issues, maintenance issues or unforeseen changes made by airlines, such as time table changes, interruption in IT-infrastructure (including but not restricted to our web site). During these conditions the organizer is free from liability or other consequences.
